Registered assets vs. monitored assets
A registered asset is an equipment record in VAM containing its hierarchy, OEM/model information, documentation and lifecycle context. A monitored asset is a registered asset connected to VAM for sensor-agnostic condition data, information or alerts and remote access. The source can be an existing sensor, a third-party system, or optional Vegazva sensor and gateway hardware.
How the 2.5% transaction fee works
Every plan includes a 2.5% take-rate on parts and service transactions processed through your Vegazva portal. We only earn more when your aftermarket business grows — our incentives are fully aligned with yours.
There are no hidden processing fees. Payments settle to your account automatically, with the 2.5% deducted per transaction.
