CPT - CAD Processing Tool

1. License

Vegazva grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or sublicense the Software without written permission.

2. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Vegazva retains all rights to the Software, including algorithms, processing logic, and documentation.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Software to process CAD files and generate output files (e.g., redacted STEP files, part images, BOMs). You may share output files, provided they do not reveal or enable reverse engineering of the Software.

4. Restrictions

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
• Use the Software to build competing tools
• Remove proprietary notices
• Provide the Software to third parties

5. Data & Confidentiality

You retain ownership of all CAD files you upload. Vegazva does not claim rights to your CAD data. Vegazva may collect anonymized usage metrics to improve performance and reliability.

6. Updates

Vegazva may provide updates or patches at its discretion. Use of updates is subject to this Agreement.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vegazva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the fees paid for the Software (if any) in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

This Agreement terminates automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
